Meet the Browns

Albert Brown has been hired to preach the word for the church of Christ in Elkins, WV. Albert is a 1997 graduate of the Bear Valley Bible Institute in Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. He has been a full-time minister of the Word since 1997 in Colorado, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Iowa and now here in West Virginia. Albert considers himself to be teamed with his wife, Julie, in serving this congregation and the community. His goal is to preach the Word and ONLY the Word of God.

Coming here just as the shelter in home recommendation was made here in West Virginia, he has yet to preach from the pulpit as the hired minister, but has been preaching and teaching God’s Word on a daily basis. The congregation has been gathering on-line every Sunday and Wednesday for worship assemblies and Bible Studies. Albert has also been teaching a daily study online.
